Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based therapy that explores how your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours influence one another. It can help you recognise patterns that keep problems going, develop more helpful ways of responding and make lasting changes. We offer CBT in Norwich, across Norfolk and online throughout the UK.

CBT is recommended by NICE for many common mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, panic disorder, health anxiety, eating disorders and body dysmorphic disorder. It is also used to help people manage insomnia, chronic pain and other long-term health conditions.
