Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ("ACT")
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings, rather than becoming stuck in a struggle with them. Instead of waiting to feel better before living your life, ACT helps you focus on what matters most to you and take meaningful steps in that direction, even when life feels challenging.
The goal of ACT isn’t to feel happy all the time. ACT aims to help you live a rich and meaningful life, even when things are difficult.
