There are numerous studies that show online therapy is as effective as in-person. Whether online or in-person is a matter of preference.
How long is a therapy session?
Therapy sessions are 50-60 minutes in length. The final ten minutes of the session is usually used to close things down and arrange the next appointment.
Do you offer concessions?
We don't usually offer concessions but guarantee the cost will not increase during the episode of treatment, no matter how long.
